We can draw wisdom from so many of Iroh's lines, he is arguably the best character, and we're absolutely biased because he loves tea as much as we do. I hope this tea can help you remember that grief is meant to be felt, not succumbed to. His song reminds us, losing a loved one does not subtract from the beauty to be felt in the world. Iroh did not let his grief make him angry, he let it make him soft and more loving. He built a life sharing tea with strangers and loved ones alike. Ginseng is Iroh's favorite, so when you taste it, think of him, and try to imagine what advice he might give you.

Ingredients: Oolong tea, Osmanthus Flower
